What we collect
If you join the newsletter, we keep your email address. It is stored with Resend, the service we use to send the newsletter, and is used for nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Anonymous analytics
We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics service to understand page visits across our website, blog, and product apps; broad referral and campaign sources; country; device type; site performance; and important product actions such as starts, successful saves, downloads, streams, and checkout clicks. The data stays on our server. Those action counts never include the text you write. We do not record form contents, email addresses, account identifiers, goals, journal entries, habit names, notes, payment details, or persistent advertising identifiers in analytics, and we honour your browser's Do Not Track setting.
What we don't
We run no advertising trackers, set no marketing cookies, and do not sell or share your email or usage data.
Purchases
Payment details go directly to the checkout provider shown on a product's purchase page; we do not receive them. The provider may share the purchase email needed to deliver what you bought. A purchase does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Apps
Tools that need an account, like the Goal Setter, store the goals and entries you write in them so they can show them back to you. We don't read, mine, or share that content.
